Whitelisting Our Emails
Content that we analyze on your behalf may potentially look like spam or a scam to the major email service providers. Therefore, when we send you messages about our analysis of your emails (which may include the content that looks like spam or a scam), our messages could get caught up in your mail provider’s spam filter and sent to your spam folder. To prevent this happening and make sure that emails from us always land in your inbox, please whitelist our primary email addresses.
In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of whitelisting email addresses in three popular email platforms: Google, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
The two emails you should whitelist for us are:
noreply@aegisdefender.com - our Daily Defender and Risk Monitor emails are sent from this address.
inspect@aegisdefender.com - when you manually forward an email to us for analysis, we will reply to you from this address.
